Brian's Mustard

A gourmet delight, Brian’s Mustard is an excellent appetizer. It can be served alone with cheese and crackers, pretzels, or sliced meats or sausages. It's also delicious on turkey or ham sandwiches or in mixed tuna.

And why not try Brian's mustard when cooking? Simply add a spoonful to soups for added flavor, mix with oil and vinegar for a zesty salad dressing, or baste over jumbo shrimp or chicken as you grill.

Ingredients: Mustard powder, vinegar, sugar, eggs, flour. Refrigerate after opening.

Price: $5.00 for an 8 ounce jar

Yogurt Glaze for Fresh Fish

1/3 cup Brian’s Mustard
1/3 cup lemon yogurt
3/4 to 1lb. fresh salmon fillet (or favorite fish)

Combine mustard and yogurt.
Place fish in a baking dish.
Pour mustard-yogurt glaze over fish.
Top with fresh herbs.
Bake 20 minutes or until done.
Serve with rice and a tossed salad!
Chicken Sauté With BRIAN’S MUSTARD

1-2 sweet yellow onions, thinly sliced
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2/3 cup white wine
2/3 cup BRIAN'S MUSTARD
Olive oil for sautéing

Sauté onions and garlic in a small amount of olive oil until limp.

Add chicken breasts, white wine, and BRIAN’S MUSTARD. Stir to blend sauce.

Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes, until done, stirring as needed.

Serve over rice with the remaining sauce. Add a salad for a wonderful meal!
